Privacy Policy
Eat Your Broccoli is a kids' podcast and this is its website. We care about families, so we keep our approach to privacy simple and minimal. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.
The short version
- This website has no accounts and no sign in.
- We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Information we collect
You can browse this website and listen to episodes without giving us any personal information. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell or rent any information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard, short lived server logs (for example a request time and a general location) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
Children's privacy
The show is made for kids, but this website is intended to be browsed by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the spirit of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar rules. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Listening on other platforms
When you listen to the show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, or another app, that platform has its own privacy policy that applies to your use of it. We do not control those services. Please review their policies for how they handle your information.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third party tracking. If we add basic, privacy respecting analytics in the future, we will update this page to say so and describe what is collected.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the show and the site grow. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
